Project Apple

Pharmaceutical facility renovation. The project ethos is to re-use and recycle which is manifested in the campus masterplan which retains the mix of existing buildings with new interventions to unify connectivity and promote collaboration through maximising opportunity, interactions and knowledge share.

Vulcan Wharf

Two nine storey buildings and three 12 storey buildings, along with a 20 storey building (an increase in 6 storeys) neighbouring the Bow Back River, providing 496 homes in total.

Scope: Asbestos removal, demolition, groundworks, piling mat install, underwater demolition along the Bow Back River elevation

Glengall Road

Glengall Road is a new development being built by Equans in partnership with the London School of Economics and SPARK Living. The scheme includes demolition of an existing warehouse structure and erection of a new mixed use 15 storey building (modular pre-cast concrete frame manufactured off site) including a basement plantroom, UKPN substation and lower ground floor, 676 student rooms, 647 en-suite rooms (5-11 bed cluster flats) 35 studio rooms, a 2,375 sqm commercial floorspace gym, external courtyards, shared kitchens, cinema room, laundry room, amenity space and staff offices.

Scope: Temporary works design and install, asbestos removal, demolition, groundworks, site hoarding.

Elephant & Castle Towne Centre

Works to create a new town centre at Elephant and Castle which will bring a transformed environment for local people with close to 1,000 new homes, an upgraded tube station, and a cutting-edge new campus for London College of Communication, UAL.

Jaguar Land Rover Gaydon

Gaydon is home to a design, research and development centre, extensive test track facilities, a virtual-reality suite, climatic wind tunnels, and an electro-magnetic chamber, amongst other facilities. The new Advanced Product Creation Centre is one of the most sustainable buildings in the UK.

Scope: Concrete cutting and disposal of 400t of concrete within a live test facility
